About us
We rent apartments in Florence and Tuscany for short periods.
We are not a real estate agency, but we manage family apartments.
We can do much more then just renting you an apartment in Florence. We can assist you in all your needs, giving you tips of where Florentine people likes to hang out, like to go shopping and eat.
We can arrange for you trips in the countryside, a guide for your art tours and a personal shopping assistant!
Just tell us what you like to do, and we'll try to make your staying in Florence unique!

Conditions and terms

Send us your reservation's request by email

Within 24/48 hours maximum we will respond to your request

Send with your email of confirmation, a deposit of 53 Euro by bank transfer, post, PayPal or Western Union

The balance must be paid on arrival in cash when receiving the key to the apartment

When paying the balance, there will be an agreed deposit fee for eventual damages to the apartment during your stay, and will be returned on departure after the apartment has been checked.

Check in time is between 14.00 and 19.00, check out time is between 9.00 and 13.00. Different times are possible if previously agreed.

The quotes shown on the website include utilities considering the average consumption made in that period of the year. Be aware that consumption above the average limit, will be charged as an extra fee (the average limit can be discussed and proved upon arrival).

The apartment has to be used only for civil habitation for touristy purposes.
